Kansas City Here I Come
I have been living in New York City for the past five plus years and have therefore had no use for a car. The fact that at this point a five hour drive feels short to me is an indication that I may be slowly going crazy.
What I listened to in the car:
Star Talk with Neil Degrasse Tyson
By the Way, In Conversation with Jeff Garlin – Judd Apatow
Before hitting the road I went to a couple of camera stores to get the sensor cleaned on my camera. I have been relatively lucky thus far that I have had no major issues crop up. Getting my camera cleaned was the first time-sensitive hurdle for me to clear. Most of the stores that I spoke to could not get the camera back to me in less than one week. Obviously that is not an ideal time frame for me. Being in a new city roughly every 60 hours does not allow for much flexibility if things break down. Luckily I found a place in Kansas City called Gass Camera Repair that could get my camera back to me overnight.
Who kept me awake while driving:
My buddy Ikarus
My brother-in-law Shakthi
After
dropping off my camera at the repair shop, I picked up some snacks at
Trader Joe's and grabbed some dinner. Tomorrow is an off day.
