For the first time on the tour I have back-to-back off days. I didn't realize how tired I was until I set up a massage at a place called Blossom Massage. I was in desperate need of a massage as my back was still in a tremendous amount of pain after Kansas City. I met a wonderful massage therapist named Jessica who really worked out my muscles and stretched me out perfectly. We chatted throughout the massage, but I could feel my eye lids getting heavier as I lay there prone on the table.
I followed up my massage with a hair cut and straight razor shave at a place called Doug's Barbershop.
Because I was able to drive from Kansas City to Houston in a day I have myself an extra off day. It would have been nice if the Astros were in town so I could catch an extra game, but I needed to spend a couple of days doing nothing which is what I have done. I may not have weekends anymore so I need to take advantage of any spare time I may have.
I ate dinner at Seasons 52 once again. This restaurant is becoming my go-to place when I am in cities that have few healthy options.
Tomorrow I finally get to see Minute Maid Park live which I am very excited to see.
